My rabbit has stopped eating, we took him to the vets and they gave him injections and told us to force feed him baby vegetable soup stuff. I'm really worried about him, has any else had an experience like this, because at the moment I really need reassurance. Thanks. My rabbit has stopped eating, has anyone else had this experience?
Sounds like your bunny has GI stasis, a very serious and dangerous condition for bunnies. This website has good info on GI stasis, although in my opinion they do better when syringe fed a diet like Oxbows Critical Care.

It's called GI stasis. It has many causes, including various illnesses and general digestive upset. If you follow the vet's instructions and there is not an underlying cause beyond some digestive upset, there should be no reason for a good recovery. However, if there is an undiagnosed major illness, you could be looking at a much bleaker prognosis than that.
He might have a stomach ulcer or something else which is causing him to lose appetite. i would go to a different vet if i were you as it sounds like they did not examine him properly.
good luck
