Baby rabbits are cute, but they grow out of that quickly. Then they become nasty and destructive - like most teenagers ;-)
Honestly, I'd recommend adopting an adult rabbit that is already spayed/neutered and potty trained. They are generally calmer and friendlier than adolescent rabbits, and you don't have to worry about spaying/neutering them yourself.
';But I want a baby rabbit!'; you say? Well, guess what - rabbits are only a baby for a few months! After that, you've got about 8 years of adulthood. If you don't want an adult rabbit, maybe you don't want a rabbit at all ;-)
