Rabbits don't menstruate-is it blood in the urine or stools you are seeing? sometimes rabbits can have red pee from their diet-if it is that then keep an eye on it and if it doesn't go away then try and get a urine sample so the vet can check for blood. If it's blood in the stools then she needs a vet as this is not normal at all and could be something serious.How often does a female rabbit menstruate?

Female rabbits DO NOT MENSTRUATE like humans do
They only have a little bit of blood come out when their about to give birth.
VET ASAP!!!!
